Maines Paper & Food Service, Inc. to Acquire David Puccia & Company

Maines Paper & Food Service Inc, one of the leading independent food service distributors in the country, headquartered in Conklin, NY, has entered into an agreement to acquire David Puccia & Company, a wholesale produce distributor in Watertown, New York. Puccia services Watertown and all of the Upstate New York Area. The transaction is anticipated to close in February of 2011.
